Refunds: Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we only offer refunds on items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.upon successful verification the refunds will be credited witihin 7-10days.
Returns: We do not accept used products. Items must be unused and in original packaging.if the returns are approved you have 7 days to return the products.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for issues.
For any product that needs to be replaced , return and exchange a new product will be delivered witihin 7-8 days.
